1.Budapest Cooking Class & Market Tour with Local Guide & Wines
Meet your guide at Central Market Hall for tastings, Hungarian food history, and ingredient shopping. Then walk to a Budapest-style kitchen to prepare dishes such as chicken paprikash, sausage lecsó, dumplings, and pudding. Guides may include Kinga, Mesi, Ben, Birdie, or Dominic. Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options are available, with cross-contamination possible.

“The entire experience was an excellent way to spend an afternoon in Budapest, gaining insight into local food culture and customs. Our host, Kinga, was a delight. We traveled with someone with mobility challenges, so be aware, there’s about 30 minutes of walking through the market and then about 15 minutes to walk to the nearby apartment. Kinga was patient and we made it, but just want others to be aware. The elevator was broken in the Central Market during our visit, but the escalator worked and we took the wheelchair (empty) on the escalator (our companion was able to walk onto the escalator).”
